2012 is going to be filled with awesomeness, and it’s never too early to mention the awesome Free Comic Book Day!

If you haven’t heard of Free Comic Book Day, don’t worry, it’s not complicated. All you have to do to participate in this wonderful, world-wide event, is walk into a comic book store on the first Saturday in May,(Saturday May 5th) and pick up a great selection FREE comics!

The reason I mention it now is that we just finished putting the finishing touches on this year’s offering from Top Shelf and it’s really turned out great!

Because we had such an amazing response last year, our Free Comic for 2012 will be another wonderful all-ages mini-comics-anthology! Inside you’ll find an all new 4 page Owly story, a brand new Korgi story from Christian Slade, a wonderful friendly Upside Down Harold the Vampire story from Jess Smart Smiley, a Pirate Penguin and Ninja Chicken story from Ray Friesen (who also did the awesome cover this year),a new Okie Dokie Donuts story Chris Eliopoulos story, and a Johnny Boo tale from James Kochalka! It’s a perfect comic pick for the entire family!
