We’re on our way to San Diego and we’ve got lots of goodies for everyone who’s coming to the show! My mom is coming with me this year, and it’s her first time ever in San Diego, so it’s going to be awesome! You’ll be able to find Owly and us at the Top Shelf booth (Booth #1721). We’ll be there with all 5 Owly graphic novels, prints, buttons, magnets and the BRAND NEW Limited Edition Owly Crafty Purse! I’ll only have a few of these so don’t wait until Sunday… or even Friday before you come and see them…. they’re adorable!!!
I’ll also have a copy of my upcoming, full-color Owly and Wormy picture book from Simon & Schuster at the table. If you haven’t heard about it, don’t worry, I’m not leaving my friends at Top Shelf, nor am I stopping my graphic novels. This was just a way to bring Owly to a whole new audience! There aren’t any words and it reads just like every other Owly story out there. The only difference is that it’s fully painted in color by yours truly and I think it turned out great! The book won’t be in stores until Spring of next year (April, 2011), but if you ask nicely, you can get a sneak peak and see what Friends All Aflutter is all about!

But wait, there’s more!!! As an Extra Special Bonus, Our friends at Sprite Animation came up with an absolutely amazing Owly finger puppet playset postcard! These are also extremely limited so you’ll have to come by early to grab one!
